With a CFT Gobelins training background, Romain Sellier won the Picto prize in 2009 and exhibited his images at the iconic Hôtel de Sauroy in June, the following year.

The photographer laid the foundations of his style through the technique of portrait, to go then towards the fashion industry.

The narrative is at the heart of his expression, shaped by the London aesthetic, a city he has lived in during 4 years.

In 2015, Romain created the magazine Sentimental, a biannual publication focused on contemporary photography.

The need for meaning called upon in his series, the commitment toward his edgy muses, and his cinematographic influences allowed him to produce editorials for the magazines Man about town, Metal, ID, but also to carry out commission works for Kenzo, Missoni or Karl Lagerfeld.
